Notre élevage est installé en demi sous sol de notre habitation grâce auquel la stabilité de la température est facilement gérable.
La superficie totale des locaux est de 70m² divisés en trois pièces dont la plus petite consacrée exclusivement aux jeunes et au repos des femelles
après la ponte.
Our breeding facilities are installed on the half-basement floor
of our house where it is easy to keep the temperature stable. The premises cover a total area of
70 square metres. The smallest of the three rooms is exclusively
given over to the young iguanas and to the females resting after they have laid their eggs.

La pièce principale compte dix terrariums dans lesquels les iguanes sont protégés du vis-à-vis territorial de leurs
congénères par un rideau servant d’écran occulte.
In the main room, there are ten terraria in which the iguanas are sheltered from their fellow creatures with a
curtain that works as a screen to stop them from seeing each other.

La troisième pièce est destinée au développement futur de l’élevage. Ces pièces sont éclairées
et aérées par de grandes fenêtres et deux doubles portes vitrées ouvrant sur l’extérieur. L’incubateur est placé dans une quatrième pièce
plus fraîche et qui permet aussi le stockage du matériel herpétologique.
The third space is dedicated to the future expansion of our iguana farm. Large windows and
two double glass doors opening out provide light and fresh air to the rooms. The
incubator is in the fourth room, which is fresher. This is where we also store
herpetological equipment.
